Now Place Pages Ad Info Will be Available with Placement Performance Reports too!
Looks like Google is determined to improve the performance of their ads and provide maximum details in their reports. Just a couple of months back, they started off a new campaign called Place Pages, which gives fuller local listing with Google Maps. But, they have not yet unveiled how to appear on these Place Page listings.
Currently, it is not possible to place bids to appear on Place Page listing, though Google has come out with yet another smart way to attract more customers. Google has just announced that the Adwords users, who bid the maximum, may have a good chance of appearing on the Place Page ads.
So, this is definitely a smart strategy, which will drive the AdWords users to place higher bids, just to appear on the Place Pages ads, and get greater exposure. But, that’s not the end of the story – Google wants the AdWords users to keep an eye on the placement of Place Page ads. Consequently, the Adwords users will be able to check whether their ads have appeared on the Place Page ads, and the data will be provided in Placement Performance reports. This will in turn ensure that the bidders keep bidding higher and higher to keep their ads appearing on the Place Page ads, until the bidding opens directly.
Let us see how long Google succeeds to keep the bidders engaged in bidding higher and longing for more, when does the king of search engines finally opens up bidding for the premium Place Page ads, which are currently the centre of attraction of all the website/online business owners.
