First of all, it is not our software doing this. Windows Installer has known issues that cause this problem.
This is most likely cause by a previously installed or uninstalled program not being cleaned up properly.
Microsoft as issued KB article: 315346 to explain how to resolve this problem.
If you are trying to install one of our products and you are having this problem, our technical support department will try to help you but please understand that this issue is a Microsoft related problem ("bug") in the Windows Installer, causing it to get stuck or putting it into an endless loop.
