Frequently Asked Questions - Dynamic Submission™

Q:Why are there submission failures on the Submission Report
A:Because of the ever-changing nature of Search Engines, internet traffic condition, and network congestion on the Internet, it is not uncommon that you will experience some failures on each submission campaign. Normally, you can simply re-submit the failed engines again at an other time.

If you experience consistent failures on specific Search Engines, however, please contact us at your earliest convenience to resolve this.

Common Reasons for Failures:

No Internet Connection - Your PC did not connect to the internet properly

Incorrect internet setting or configuration - If you are connected to the internet through a "proxy server" or "firewall", please be sure to set up your correct "Proxy Server" under the "File/Configuration" window.
  • Lost Internet Connection - your internet connection is interrupted.
  • Time out - Server is busy, down or too slow.
Search Engine is no longer available. Make use of the 'File/Update Engine Data' option to make sure you have the very latest set of submission Engine Data.
