Q:The engines wont update automatically. Why is that
A:The most comment reason cause this problem is that you did not set up your internet connection properly, or your are connected to the internet through a "Proxy Server" or "Firewall".

Please make sure you enter the correct "Proxy server" address in the "Configuration" window if you are connected through a proxy server. If you still have problems in updating the engine data file with the software, please contact our support staff directly for help.
