Q:What is Meta Tag
A:They are information inserted into the header area in your web pages. Only the title tag is seen by those viewing your pages in browsers. Meta tag information in this area is used to pass information that a human visitor may not be concerned with. Search engines often search and use whole or part of the meta tags for ranking purpose. Meta tags, for example, can tell a browser what "character set" to use or whether a web page has self-rated itself in terms of adult content.
