PPC SaaS is accessed from a Web Browser on your pc, it uses port 443 the secure version of port 80 to access your infomation in your account the same exact way that Google and Yahoo do when you login to your account.
So as long as you can open up a secure web site with your firewall there is no other configurations or exceptions needed.
Anti-virus software, should not be affected by PPC SaaS since it is a web portal, if your anti-virus software uses a link scanner, you may want to add "https://portal.ppcsaas.com" into your "trusted sites" but this is not required nor should it cause a problem if you do not. Adding the site may let the pages load faster. Please check with your antivirus company for more information.
