• Click the Mail Accounts folder on the Mail Communicator folder list.
• Select a mail account on the Mail Account list box.
• Click the Receive download menu button on the Toolbar, and then select the Retrieve Message Header.

This function will only retrieve messages headers from your mail server and they are still reside in your mail server. You can delete them permanently by selecting the messages you want to delete, and click the Delete button on the toolbar.
This function provides you a powerful way to view list of messages on your mail server without downloading them on to your PC. It can be used to directly remove bomb mails, junk emails and emails that contain virus, without having to download them first.
We suggest that you use this feature in combination with your email client software. You can check your mail server at any time for new messages and then reply them or delete any messages that you do not want to read. You can view the remaining messages with your email client software.
