| A: | Yes. You can set your Maximum bid amount in two levels:
- Under Account level: You can set a Maximum bid amount under your "Account" profile setting, if you did not specify the Maximum bid for each individual keyword, the program will use the Maximum bid from the account level to set the keyword automatically.
- Under Keyword level: you can also set a Maximum bid(Upper Limit) for each individual keyword, this will override the Maximum bid setting in Account. Please simply select the Keywords you want to change and click the "keyword property" button.
NOTE: BidMaximizer uses the term "Upper Limit" as your "Maximum Bid" setting. This is because some search engines also use the word "MaxBid"(or MaxCPC) in their account interface, to avoid the confusion between Search engine "Maximum Bid" and BidMaximizer, our software use "Upper Limit".
Search engine MaxBid(or MaxCPC) is the maximum bid amount you are currently bidding in your PPC account, which is equivalent to your "Current Bid".
BidMaximizer's "Upper Limit" is the "maximum bid" amount you are willing to pay, this value is a setting in the BidMaximizer.
