Frequently Asked Questions - Dynamic Mail Communicator™
| Q: | I can not send more than 5 emails, why Mail communicator only sending 5 emails at a time? | | | A: | This is no a software error. Normally, this is a restriction from your ISP, because your ISP limits the number of emails you can send at a time to prevent spaming from their mail server.
However Mail Communicator helps you to solve this issue in 2 ways:
- You can set up the program to wait for a few seconds after sending 5 emails and then continue. This may slow down the sending speed, but it will allow you to get around your ISP's limitation. Please refer this link for more details.
- Or you can use “Built-in SMTP mail server" feature to send emails by pass your ISP. Please refer this link for more details.
