| Q: | Why can't I see the "Competitor Listing" information on the bottom section of the BidMaximizer screen? | | | A: | Google has updated their system to limit the number of searches you can perform during a period of time, if you perform too many searches during a short period, a page will be returned claiming that your computer has a spyware or virus installed on it and requires a code to be entered on the page before the search results will be returned. However, the limit is usually imposed for only few hours, and the status will be reset after few hours.
Because BidMaximizer needs to perform "Keyword Lookup" during the AutoBidding process, if you have many keywords, it may cause too many searches were performed in short time period from your computer (identify by your IP address).
In order to prevent this problem from happening, the "keyword LookUp" function has been disabled during the AutoBid process, however, the program will still work properly and it will not effect your normal bidding. The only different is that you will not see the competitor listing information on the bottom section of the screen. However, you still can perform "Keyword LookUp" function manually at any time for any selected or all keywords, but be cautious that you might receive the Google blocking error message. |
