| Q: | When I search on Google, my ad is showing up, but when I perform a Keyword Look Up in BidMaximizer, my ad is not showing in the "Competitor Panel", why? | | | A: | This is because there is a bug with Google Sponsored Links function. The Sponsored Links function(http://www.google.com/sponsoredlinks) returns different Sponsored links results from normal web search function(http://www.google.com/search).
BidMaximizer used Google Sponsored Links function http://www.google.com/sponsoredlinks to perform Keyword Look Up. However, Google normal web search interface does not always return the same sponsored links results.
However, this will not effect your bidding. If your current position was not found(your ad is not showing up), the program will use "Avg. Position" value to calculate the MaxCPC. Since your "Current Position" does not show up 100% all the time(numnber of impression is depends on your daily budget). So use "Avg Position" for bidding is more accurate than using the "Current Position" value.
