5. Can I retrieve addresses from Microsoft Outlook?

Yes you can do that. If you wishes to retrieve address from certain folder inside the Microsoft Outlook, you can use the miscellaneous retrieve to obtain the address from the mail box file. You can further specify to obtain "from" field or "to" field.

If you need to get the list of addresses from the address book, you can just simply use Microsoft outlook to directly export the address book into a text file with comma delimited option and you are ready to run with it from there.
