What happen if I get a registration error?
A
number of reasons can cause this to happen
First
is to double check that the correct registration name
and number has been entered. You will be surprised how many cases
that resulted from typing error. The easiest
way is to enter the code is directly copy and paste
from the order confirmation email. Also important is
that the registration name and code will be case sensitive,
so make sure you have enter the detail exactly as supplied.
Second
check that you have the correct "proxy server"
setting and also a live internet connection open at
the time. Without open internet connection it is impossible
for the software to verify the code with the server.
Without a correct "proxy server" some internet
service providers require you to use, it is impossible
for you to register as well. You internet service provider
or system administrator can provide you with the required
information regarding this. Also another thing to take
note is that often in a local area network, a proxy
address similar as CYCLONE:8080, or SERVER:8080, etc
will often be used. For Dynamic Submission you need to
use the IP address of the proxy server in this case.
Third
case, there might be some other problems which are not
covered in the two cases described above, please email
to contact us and attach the error.log file which is
located in the Dynamic Submission's program directory.
