Can I insert a picture in the message?
Yes.
You can insert a picture (or an image) in a HTML message with
Mail Communicator. To insert picture in message:
- In
Send Mail window, change your message format to HTML
by clicking the Format menu and choose Rich Text(HTML).
- Click
the Insert menu and choose Picture.

Type the full URL address of the picture location
on your web server and click OK.
Note:
You can only insert picture that is stored in a web
site. You can not insert a picture that is stored in
your local PC. If your picture is stored in your local
PC, you need to upload it to your web site and use the
full URL address of the picture location.
