What happen if I cann't log into the engines
using the autobid function?
If
you cannot log into the server using the autobid
function, first try update the engine data, by
going to "File/Update engine data" and
get the latest update. This happens sometimes
because PPC engines frequently change their
interface and settings. We in response updating
the engines to reflect the changes.
Also
as double check the login name and password
used.
Lastly
go to the PPC engine's site in question and try
to log in manually. Sometimes the server is down
for maintenance and not available for use, this
is fairly common cause of the problem.
If
you persistently having trouble, send the "error.log"
to support@dynamicsoftware.com, plus a detailed
description of the issue.
